Member of the Paris Bar, Benjamin Prévost co-founded the law firm Marignan Partners. He is a partner in the Corporate M&A department and advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions for both listed and unlisted companies, investment funds, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors.

He was named among the “Ones to Watch” in Private Equity by the Best Lawyers 2023 rankings.
