Marignan Partners has joined the C.R.A

Marignan Partners, which regularly advises buyers and sellers on M&A transactions, has joined the C.R.A.

The C.R.A (Cédants et Repreneurs d’Affaires) is a non-profit association created 35 years ago to facilitate the transfer of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the industrial, service, and craft sectors.

It operates daily across the national territory, through its 240 delegates spread over 70 branches. These delegates are former business owners or executives, experts in business transfers, bankers, or accountants. Their voluntary commitment ensures a very affordable membership fee to the association, and the absence of any conflict of interest. Their previous experience guarantees high-quality support.

Through its work in supporting entrepreneurship, the C.R.A has become a key player in the transfer of small businesses and SMEs in local areas, contributing to the preservation of jobs and expertise. Since its creation, more than 35,000 entrepreneurs have joined the C.R.A. As a result, over 3,000 small businesses and SMEs have been successfully transferred, preventing the loss of thousands of jobs.
