Marignan Partners has advised the founders of Simplifia on the minority investment of Capza (LBO).

Simplifia is a French leader in software solutions for independent funeral homes. The Group offers an "all-in-one" platform aimed at supporting independent funeral homes in their digitalization and the expansion of their range of services for bereaved families.

With Capza's support, Simplifia aims to establish itself as a pan-European player in funeral software, particularly through an external growth strategy aimed primarily at expanding its client portfolio and improving the penetration rate of its offerings.

The Marignan Partners deal team was composed of Benjamin Prévost and Jordan Jablonka on M&A aspects and Louis-Augustin Jourdan on tax aspects.
